Hello and welcome!

We would like to give you a little insight into how we came to be able to welcome guests to our house today:

Back in the 1980s, our (grand)parents were already travelling Rita and Dieter from Germany to Dénia every year, to spend the best months of the year at Villa Patricia. For us children, these holidays were full of unforgettable memories - of sun, sea of sun, sea, family and a very special time.

Unfortunately, it has not been possible for our parents to travel to Dénia themselves since 2019. Together with our father Robert we - the next generation - have decided to preserve the house in the spirit of our family, to modernise it lovingly and at the same time make it accessible to others.

Today, other families, couples or solo travellers can also enjoy this special atmosphere - and perhaps create many wonderful memories just like us. and perhaps create many wonderful memories just like us.

In memory of our grandparents, we have named the two halves of the house after them: House Rita and House Dieter.

We sincerely wish you a wonderful time in our accommodation. Enjoy the peace and quiet, the garden, the proximity to the beach -
